Bollywood superstar and producer Aamir Khan has openly criticised the increasing demands of celebrities from film producers, calling them “extremely shameful.” Speaking on the issue, Aamir expressed his disbelief at how some actors expect producers to bear even their personal expenses.
In a sarcastic remark, he said, “If a producer is paying my personal staff, does that mean he will also start paying for my children’s school fees? These stars earn in crores and still aren’t capable of covering their own needs. I find this extremely strange.”
Aamir Khan added that many stars today are misusing their popularity and status by placing unnecessary burdens on producers. He emphasised that while actors are highly paid, expecting producers to cover personal costs goes beyond professional ethics.
According to Aamir, such behaviour is not only unfair but also damaging to the industry’s working culture. He urged actors to maintain professionalism and avoid exploiting their influence.
